Something in your life may no longer feel quite right. From the outside, things may look stable. You may be meeting responsibilities, showing up for others, and doing what needs to be done. Internally, though, there may be tension you can't fully explain, or a sense that the life you’ve built no longer reflects who you are.

Often this doesn't happen all at once. It builds gradually after years of carrying roles and honoring commitments that once made sense but now feel harder to sustain.

Therapy offers space to slow down and look honestly at what’s happening. We make sense of the patterns shaping your life and decide what needs to change.
